Shape strategy and commercialization for a portfolio of infectious disease assays within core laboratory solutions. Connect customer and clinical needs to product development and help regional teams launch and grow adoption.
What you will do
- Develop global strategy and lifecycle plans for assigned infectious disease assays
- Gather customer and regional insights and turn them into product requirements and value propositions
- Partner with R&D, medical, regulatory, quality and regional teams on requirements, evidence and launch plans
- Lead global positioning, messaging, launch readiness and customer-facing content
- Track competitor activity, launch performance and adoption to refine plans and find growth

- Experience with portfolio strategy, product development and global or regional launches
- Ability to translate complex clinical and technical information into clear value propositions
- Proven success leading cross-functional work and influencing without direct authority
Nice to have
- Experience with market assessments, business cases, pricing recommendations or forecasts
- Global or international marketing experience with regional commercial teams
- An MBA or advanced degree in business or life sciences
