What you will do

  • Coordinate payroll across several countries and the US, from inputs to provider review and issue resolution
  • Prepare and maintain employment contracts, amendments and country compliance playbooks
  • Administer bonus plans and variable pay changes, feeding payroll and accrual data to Finance
  • Back up German employment processes and other people ops work as part of a cross-trained team
  • Manage relationships with payroll providers, employer of record partners and HRIS vendors
