Entity Management and Compliance Manager

About the role

The role keeps entity management aligned with legal and regulatory duties across regions, managing risk and resolving issues as they arise. It also oversees the creation, changes and upkeep of entities.

What you will do

• Maintain a single accurate source of entity information, documentation and validation
• Track metrics and report on projects, especially those opening new entities
• Support leaders in rolling out growth plans and complete projects on time and on budget
• Work with local legal providers on incorporation, registered offices, licensing and registrations
• Coordinate with HR, payroll, finance, product and marketing teams
• Review legal guidance for new countries and update processes to reflect best practice

What they look for

• Two to four years of experience working with entities
• Familiarity with governance and company entity matters, including setup
• Experience in a global business setting and managing third party providers
• Skill at handling escalations and proposing paths to resolution
• Ability to communicate with leaders and stakeholders to reach consensus
• Experience in a high volume, process driven setting with competing deadlines
