Sales Manager, High-Risk Payments

About the role

The role grows a merchant portfolio for high-risk payment processing across Russia and CIS markets. It focuses on winning new merchants, building lasting commercial ties and raising processing volumes.

What you will do

• Find and win new merchants in high-risk industries across Russia and CIS markets
• Build a client pipeline through outbound prospecting, networking, referrals and events
• Learn merchant needs such as target regions, payment methods, volumes and processing issues
• Work with business development and payment operations to shape suitable solutions
• Coordinate onboarding and handover to account management and operations

What they look for

• Two or more years of B2B sales in fintech, payment service providers, gateways or high-risk processing
• Experience with merchants in gambling, betting, crypto, forex or similar high-risk verticals
• Solid grasp of the Russia and CIS markets
• Proven record of generating leads, negotiating and closing new business
• Fluent Russian and English at intermediate level or above
