Senior Director, Product Management, Agentic Platform

About the role

Lead product for a shared agentic platform that powers every agent experience the company ships, owning core primitives and forward research. The role reports to the VP of Agents and Orchestration and shapes how product teams compose new agents.

What you will do

• Set a multi-year platform strategy and convert it into a roadmap balancing reliability, product team speed and frontier bets
• Own core primitives such as orchestration, planning and execution runtimes, memory, tool and MCP infrastructure, guardrails and observabilit
• Build a decisioning layer with data science so agents can pick the right action
• Run a structured orchestration research program that moves promising work into production
• Ship new platform capabilities and grow a team of senior and principal product managers

What they look for

• Ten or more years building technical products, with at least three leading product managers or running a company
• Hands-on experience with production agentic systems that plan, call tools and act
