Director, Partnership Growth

About the role

A senior leadership role growing an existing partner cohort, setting partnership tiers and building marketplace strategy to lift revenue and customer experience. The director aligns product, sales and customer teams around scalable growth programs.

What you will do

• Grow existing partnerships to increase revenue and improve the client experience
• Define and launch partnership tiers that match partner benefits to their impact
• Drive partner retention and build joint action plans that deliver value to both sides
• Work with product, sales and customer experience on programs that raise revenue and partner awareness
• Shape a marketplace strategy to refresh and further monetize the current marketplace
• Build business cases with market sizing, financial modeling and customer validation

What they look for

• Ten to fifteen years in SaaS or technology settings, with five or more in senior strategy, growth or operations leadership
• Experience leading cross-functional growth programs such as go-to-market expansion or new business model launches
• Experience building business cases with market sizing, ROI analysis and customer validation
• Strong financial acumen including P&L understanding, forecasting and modeling
