What you will do
- Define and communicate global processes for manufacturing assets, from acceptance testing to spare parts strategy
- Validate design specifications and shop floor use of new processes with cross-functional partners
- Build reliability strategies using methods such as FMEA and root cause analysis
- Design preventive and predictive maintenance programs with operations, engineering and safety teams
- Set equipment reliability KPIs and lead continuous improvement to cut downtime
- Investigate chronic failures and implement long-term fixes, supporting asset lifecycle and spare parts planning
