Graphic Designer for Advertising Campaigns

About the role

A remote design role turning campaign briefs into on-brand advertising creative for paid social and display. The designer owns concepts through final assets and helps expand creative testing.

What you will do

• Produce polished ad designs that stay on brand while fitting each campaign
• Create distinct variations so marketing can test imagery, layouts and messaging
• Resize approved concepts for different ad formats while keeping them readable
• Use campaign results and feedback to refine creative and explain design choices
• Work with marketing and copywriters so visuals and copy convey one clear idea

What they look for

• Experience turning briefs and brand guidelines into finished digital assets
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator or similar professional tools
• Ability to try several approaches to a brief and refine work from feedback
• Fluent written and spoken English for remote collaboration
• Reliable organisation, including file naming, version control and clear deadline communication

Nice to have

• Motion graphics or short-form video editing for ads
• Experience supporting creative A/B tests and using results to guide design
• Familiarity with landing page or e-commerce creative
• Experience building reusable templates in Figma or Canva
