Group Director of Influence

About the role

Lead and expand an influencer marketing discipline, guiding creator programs for client brands and turning influence work into measurable business results. The role blends hands-on practice, strategic advice and team leadership.

What you will do

• Direct strategy, creation and delivery of influencer programs across a client portfolio
• Advise senior clients and lead work spanning paid creator deals, seeding, ambassadors and ongoing creator networks
• Shape creator strategies and big ideas from audience insight, cultural trends and platform behaviour
• Oversee the full process from planning and creator selection to contracting, activation and measurement
• Set measurement frameworks and use performance data to refine programs and show value
• Coordinate with strategy, content, social and paid teams to embed influence in wider campaigns
