  • Keep up with AI assistants, AI search and social commerce, and bring those openings to the right teams
  • Push for shared features fans meet after landing: price display, credits, notifications, saved events and trust signals
  • Build automated checks that catch broken journeys, regressions and drop-off spikes before fans notice
  • Map the journey, find where fans fall between teams, and size the gaps with data and research
