Marketplace Manager

About the role

The role leads and grows a portfolio of wellness brands on Amazon, Walmart and other marketplaces. It covers strategy, listings, ads, pricing and brand protection for a remote team.

What you will do

• Build and run marketplace strategies that grow sales, profit and brand presence
• Optimize listings with SEO, A/B testing and enhanced content to lift visibility and conversion
• Set competitive pricing using demand forecasts, historical data and algorithm driven adjustments
• Plan and assess promotions such as Lightning Deals, coupons and seasonal discounts
• Run Amazon Ads and Walmart Connect hands on, including structure, keywords, bids and budgets
• Coordinate with supply chain on stock levels and with marketing, operations and product teams on launches

What they look for

• Bachelor degree in business, marketing or a related field
• Three to five years of relevant marketplace experience
• Deep knowledge of Amazon and Walmart dynamics, competitor analysis and e-commerce practice
• Hands on skill with Amazon Ads formats and Walmart Connect
• Ability to use analytics and business intelligence tools to track metrics and guide decisions
