Growth Marketing Manager, Affiliates and Partnerships (Maternity cover)

About the role

Manages the existing partner network and hunts for new partners and opportunities across several markets. The role sits in the marketing team and carries real ownership in a small, fast-growing company.

What you will do

• Run affiliate and partner acquisition operations in multiple countries
• Seek out new partner segments that can drive growth
• Build an outreach strategy that converts high-value partners
• Serve as the main contact for the existing affiliate network, from payouts and billing to new products and deals
• Analyze campaigns qualitatively and quantitatively and share trends, insights and opportunities with stakeholders
• Work with stakeholders to improve sales materials, assets and landing pages and to shape the product

What they look for

• Experience in business development, affiliate marketing or partnership marketing
• Excellent interpersonal skills and comfort meeting new partners in person, online and by phone
• Good negotiation skills and a record of closing deals with large partners, media agencies, affiliate networks or sales houses
• Experience with CRMs or other partnership marketing software
• Resourcefulness and ability to build automations that scale the work
• Entrepreneurial spirit and a can-do attitude
