GTM Customer Engineer Manager

About the role

Act as a trusted technical advisor to customers and partners adopting a robotic foundation model, guiding them from technical discovery to deployment while building the customer engineering function.

What you will do

• Advise customers as they deploy new capabilities, coordinating across internal teams to drive success
• Work with account executives and solutions architects to turn mission needs into technical solutions
• Shape architecture and product strategy through custom pilots, prototypes and evaluation suites
• Share recurring design patterns and insights with product and engineering teams

What they look for

• Hands-on production experience with LLMs, VLMs or VLAs, including prompt engineering and agent development
• Comfort working directly with customers as a technical advisor
• Ability to move fast and switch context daily in a startup setting
• Willingness to travel occasionally to customer sites
