What you will do

  • Set the search go-to-market plan: audiences, priority markets, offers, channels and target clinic acquisition costs
  • Run and grow Google Ads campaigns for clinic acquisition within Google's healthcare ad rules
  • Connect CRM systems to ad campaigns so performance is judged on qualified clinic leads, not clicks
  • Build local SEO for patient acquisition with state and city pages, clinic profiles and Google Business Profiles
  • Create AI workflows with Claude Code for keyword research, content, quality checks, linking and reporting
  • Report weekly on organic and paid traffic, leads, cost per lead, cost per booked call and search revenue
