Head of Ambassador and Partner Growth

About the role

Lead and scale the global partner driven acquisition ecosystem, covering ambassador, referral, affiliate and growth partnership programs. The aim is a predictable and profitable engine that brings in users and revenue.

What you will do

• Own the global strategy and performance of ambassador, referral, affiliate and partnership programs
• Turn these channels into measurable and profitable user acquisition engines
• Set channel strategies, budgets, incentive models and growth roadmaps
• Build and lead the team running these growth channels
• Recruit and develop relationships with ambassadors, affiliates, creators and community leaders
• Negotiate commercial terms, commissions and revenue sharing with partners

• Experience in partnership development and hands on execution
• Ability to scale partner programs into predictable acquisition channels
