Head of Financial Infrastructure Partnerships and Expansion

About the role

Lead expansion of financial infrastructure offerings for banks, fintechs, payment firms, telcos and enterprises worldwide. The role bridges external partners and internal product teams to design and close complex deals.

What you will do

• Find strategic opportunities with banks, fintechs, payment firms, telcos, retailers and large enterprises
• Design tailored solutions that combine stablecoins, wallets, tokenization and payments
• Originate, structure, negotiate and close high-value partnerships and deployments
• Coordinate internal product and business teams plus external implementation partners
• Own strategic projects from first engagement through execution and scaling
• Build and lead a global expansion team, setting KPIs and commercial processes

What they look for

• Strong knowledge of payments, digital assets, wallets, tokenization and settlement
• Able to translate complex customer needs into multi-product solutions
• Track record of personally originating and closing large strategic partnerships
• Established relationships with senior decision-makers across banks, fintechs, telcos and enterprises
• Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills
