What you will do
- Lead, develop and set performance standards for a team of six HR operations and compensation specialists
- Run end-to-end HR administration across countries and entities, from onboarding to offboarding and records
- Manage contractor engagements and terminations with Legal and Finance while limiting classification risk
- Coordinate payroll partners, external administrators and employer-of-record providers for accurate inputs
- Design standard procedures, service levels and quality controls across HR operations
- Own salary review cycles, benchmarking, compensation frameworks and benefits administration
