What you will do
- Lead design, build and tuning of SailPoint IdentityIQ, covering custom rules, workflows, connectors and lifecycle logic
- Help carry out the enterprise IAM strategy with secure, scalable designs that meet business and regulatory needs
- Create and maintain IAM policies, standards, role based access and certification processes
- Own the whole IAM system lifecycle from architecture and testing through deployment, monitoring and tuning
- Work with engineering, compliance, IT and HR partners on troubleshooting, data sync and provisioning issues

- Three or more years of hands on SailPoint IdentityIQ development, including rules, workflows, connectors and XML or BeanShell customization
- Strong Java programming ability
- Track record of designing, deploying and optimizing IAM and software solutions
- Skill at debugging and performance tuning complex IAM environments
- Knowledge of identity lifecycle management, role based access, access governance, REST and SOAP APIs, SAML and SCIM
Nice to have
- Four to five or more years of wider software engineering or IAM experience
- Familiarity with SailPoint, BeyondTrust, Ping Identity, Okta and Azure AD
- Exposure to Linux or Unix, PKI authentication and Java or J2EE development
- Experience with Jenkins, Ansible and other DevOps or CI CD tools
