Staff Engineer, Identity & Access Management (IAM)

About the role

A security engineering role assessing and reshaping identity and access management strategy across products, infrastructure and corporate applications as part of a zero trust program.

What you will do

• Assess the current IAM state and redesign strategy across products, platforms and infrastructure
• Architect cloud based identity governance, access management and directory solutions
• Implement role and attribute based access workflows for onboarding and lifecycle management
• Advise IT, security and development teams on integrating IAM principles into security architecture
• Define KPIs, KCIs and KRIs that show control effectiveness and support improvement
• Design IAM solutions that meet regulatory standards such as SOX and GxP

What they look for

• At least seven years in identity and access management and related security domains
• Track record leading large scale IAM projects in cloud first and hybrid environments
• Programming expertise in one or more languages such as Java, C++ or Python
• Expert knowledge of adaptive authentication, OAuth, OpenID and SAML
• Hands on experience with Active Directory, Okta, AWS, Azure AD or Duo and privileged access tools

• Security certifications such as CISSP, OSCP or GWAPT
