A hands-on lead role building and running a US creator programme across social commerce platforms, turning creator collaborations into sales. The position is fully remote.
What you will do
- Recruit strong US creators and build a steady pipeline of partners
- Negotiate commissions, paid collaborations, product seeding and partnership terms
- Guide creators toward content that drives conversions rather than just views
- Lead and support an overseas creator and affiliate team
- Set strategy for TikTok Shop, YouTube Shopping and Instagram
- Track creator revenue, GMV, conversions, ROI and overall results
What they look for
- Direct experience working with creators
- Experience with Instagram creators and affiliate programmes
- Strong communication and negotiation abilities
- Background recruiting and managing creators and building pipelines
- Team management or mentoring experience, plus a proactive and commercially minded approach
Nice to have
- TikTok Shop experience strongly preferred
- YouTube creators or YouTube Shopping experience is a strong plus
