Support the technology environment of a financial data business, keeping it stable, secure and efficient. You handle day to day IT operations alongside project work and compliance improvements.
What you will do
- Provide technical support to technical and non-technical staff on macOS and Windows
- Manage laptop procurement, provisioning, shipping and the user lifecycle
- Administer endpoint management and identity tools
- Improve security, access management and compliance with the IT Manager
- Automate processes and reduce manual administration
- Contribute to IT projects and change initiatives
What they look for
- Senior experience in internal IT, IT engineering or systems administration
- Strong support skills across both macOS and Windows
- Experience administering Google Workspace or Microsoft 365
- Hands-on endpoint management, ideally JumpCloud or Mosyle
- Experience with onboarding, offboarding and hardware lifecycle
- Understanding of IT security, access management and compliance
Nice to have
- Experience within ISO 27001, SOC II or PCI frameworks
- Practical use of AI tools such as Claude or ChatGPT to boost productivity
