Remote IT Support Technician (Level 1-2), Google Workspace

About the role

A remote support role handling first and second level IT issues, administering Google Workspace, managing user accounts and security, and documenting resolutions.

What you will do

• Provide level 1 and 2 support for Google Workspace and general end-user IT problems
• Administer users, groups, permissions and organisational settings in the Admin console
• Troubleshoot Gmail, Drive, Calendar, Meet, Docs and Sheets
• Handle onboarding and offboarding, account access and data transfers
• Resolve login, password, email delivery, file sharing and sync issues
• Manage tickets, document fixes and maintain knowledge base articles, escalating complex cases

What they look for

• Proficient written and spoken English
• Experience in IT support or Google Workspace administration
• Hands-on Admin console work with users, groups and permissions
• Knowledge of Gmail, Drive, Calendar, Meet, Docs and Sheets
• Experience with account setup, access management and password troubleshooting
• Understanding of Workspace security, two-step verification and access controls, plus Windows or macOS and networking basics

Nice to have

• Managing Workspace for multiple users and teams
• Google Workspace or related IT certifications
