Represents domestic and international insurers in complex coverage disputes and litigation. Joins a dedicated coverage group handling liability policies across several lines.
What you will do
- Develop litigation strategy for insurance coverage disputes and arbitrations
- Conduct legal research and draft memoranda and position letters
- Analyze policies and advise clients on coverage issues
- Draft and review pleadings, briefs and other litigation documents
- Take part in depositions, mediations and settlement talks
- Interact with clients and work cooperatively with colleagues

- Admission to practice in New York or New Jersey
- Some experience in commercial litigation or in-house liability insurance work
- Strong academic record and solid work history
- Excellent research, writing and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize
