Intake Coordinator (Inside Sales Representative)

About the role

Serve as the first contact for prospective clients, running consultations and converting qualified leads through a compliant sales process.

What you will do

• Reach out to warm inbound leads and monitor incoming call queues
• Prioritise a personal lead pipeline for timely follow up and accurate qualification
• Build rapport and present services clearly and compliantly
• Assess disability severity using company tools and handle objections with urgency
• Record every client interaction accurately in the CRM
• Follow compliance, regulatory and data privacy rules, and join coaching and training

What they look for

• At least 3 years of inside sales or business to consumer sales experience
• Experience with Salesforce CRM
• Strong communication and organisational abilities
• Comfort with phone based work
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and collaboration tools
• High school diploma or equivalent

Nice to have

• Sales experience in medical, healthcare or veterans affairs settings
• Familiarity with the veteran community
• Experience at a startup or early stage company
• Associate or bachelor degree
