Product Owner

About the role

Own one pillar of a parcel locker software platform being built from scratch. Turn strategic direction into a ready backlog and keep delivery moving across countries, partners and hardware.

What you will do

• Convert strategic priorities for the pillar into a prioritized backlog and drive the roadmap
• Balance user needs, business value, technical limits and stakeholder input, explaining trade-offs
• Work closely with engineers and designers to resolve ambiguity and keep delivery on track
• Lead sprint planning, refinement, reviews and other team rituals for the pillar
• Feed recurring support issues and market feedback into product discovery

What they look for

• At least 4 years in B2B product management, ownership, integration or technical project management with accountability for shipped work
• Experience owning a backlog in agile delivery, including user stories, acceptance criteria and refinement
• Proven ability to decline requests, explain trade-offs openly and preserve relationships
• Enough technical fluency to discuss APIs, system architecture or platform products
• Hands-on, low ego approach and willingness to try new tools, including AI
• Business-level English, written and spoken, and comfort working across teams and cultures

Nice to have

• Experience with products that combine hardware and software, such as connected devices, IoT or embedded systems
• Background in logistics
• German language skills
