What you will do

• Gather each client's destinations, dates, budget, interests and special requests
• Compare resorts, hotels, cruises, transport, tours and activities using approved resources
• Coordinate requested services and organize confirmations, schedules and itinerary details
• Keep clients informed with updates, answers to routine questions and follow-ups on open items
• Review information for accuracy, track deadlines and maintain current client records
