Central Operations Manager, Financial Planning

About the role

A leadership role overseeing a growing offshore Financial Planning operations function, managing team leaders and embedding consistent processes, quality standards and efficient delivery.

What you will do

• Lead, coach and develop two team leaders who oversee 13 colleagues across two teams
• Build a performance culture through clear goals, accountability and regular reviews
• Write, document and keep improving standard operating procedures across the function
• Review workflows to raise efficiency, quality and scalability
• Set up and maintain quality assurance frameworks that keep standards consistent
• Use management information and operational data to spot trends, risks and improvements

What they look for

• Substantial experience in Financial Planning operations, beyond wealth management alone
• A track record of managing managers or team leaders
• Proven skill in creating, rolling out and embedding standard operating procedures
• A deep grasp of Financial Planning workflows and operational processes
• Experience leading teams spread across locations or offshore
• Strong background in process improvement and operational optimisation
