Logistics Coordinator

About the role

A night shift coordination role handling customer requests and managing time critical shipments for medical, aerospace, telecommunications and technology clients.

What you will do

• Handle incoming customer requests by phone, email and website with urgency and care
• Process and monitor critical customer shipments using a proprietary logistics platform
• Communicate professionally and courteously with customers and agents
• Meet required team performance metrics
• Keep up to date with all required training

What they look for

• At least one year of customer service experience
• A high school diploma or equivalent and a minimum age of 18
• Proficiency in Word, Excel and Outlook, plus data entry at 30 words per minute
• Outstanding communication, customer service and organisational skills
• Ability to work in a fast paced, demanding environment and stay flexible with extra hours
• Availability for the Tuesday to Saturday overnight shift and weekday training
