About the role

An inbound and outbound sales role focused on winning new customers and growing repeat business. The person manages many customer interactions weekly and acts as the trusted contact for a small portfolio of valuable accounts.

What you will do

• Meet and surpass targets for conversion, revenue, inbound and outbound activity, repeat bookings and account growth
• Handle a large flow of inbound leads while pursuing outbound reactivation and expansion to win new and repeat business
• Use the company marketplace technology to build accurate, tailored trip quotes that reduce friction in booking
• Follow disciplined call routines to keep conversion speed high
• Close new customers and expand recurring ones within a mini-portfolio of high-value accounts
