Office Coordinator

About the role

The role keeps an Amsterdam office safe, efficient and pleasant for employees. It is the central contact for facilities, vendors, travel, onboarding logistics and events.

What you will do

• Coordinate daily office operations and effective use of office space
• Manage office vendors and services such as cleaning, maintenance and suppliers
• Handle facilities requests with building management and act as office safety officer
• Keep the office stocked with pantry, drinks and essential supplies
• Support employee travel bookings in a timely and cost-effective way
• Plan office events and team moments that support company culture

What they look for

• Fluent English, with Dutch a plus
• Available 24 hours per week, working in the office Tuesday to Thursday
• Able to work hands-on with real ownership across varied tasks
• Comfortable coordinating with HR, IT, finance, management and external vendors
