Mobilization Coordinator

About the role

A coordination role that prepares project teams and resources for deployment, covering logistics, compliance and administration before work begins. The coordinator keeps schedules on track and communicates status to stakeholders.

What you will do

• Coordinate mobilization so personnel, materials and equipment are ready at project launch
• Build and maintain detailed mobilization schedules and action plans
• Work with departments and stakeholders to gather logistics information
• Ensure compliance with regulations, safety standards and project requirements
• Update team members and project leaders on mobilization status and issues
• Help onboard and train project personnel and support procurement within budget

What they look for

• At least three years in project coordination or mobilization, ideally in management or construction
• Strong organization, multitasking and attention to detail
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Proficiency with project management software and Microsoft Office
• Ability to travel to project sites as needed

Nice to have

• Familiarity with compliance rules and safety standards in management or construction sectors
