Mobilization Coordinator

About the role

Oversee the preparation and deployment of project teams and resources so operations are ready before each project begins. The role covers logistics, compliance and scheduling.

What you will do

• Coordinate team, material and equipment readiness for project launch
• Build and track detailed mobilization schedules and action plans, resolving issues quickly
• Work with departments and stakeholders to collect logistics information
• Confirm regulatory, safety and project compliance, including risk assessments
• Keep team members and project leaders informed of status, problems and solutions
• Help onboard and train project staff and support procurement within budget

What they look for

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, project management or a similar field
• At least three years coordinating projects or mobilization, ideally in construction or project management
• Strong organization, multitasking and attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Proficiency with project management software and Microsoft Office
• Ability to handle pressure, meet tight deadlines and travel to project sites

Nice to have

• Knowledge of compliance rules and safety standards in construction or project management
