Senior Bookkeeper

About the role

A hands-on accounting operations role owning the financial records of a growing private aviation business. The work covers reconciliations, international payments and trip-level profitability reporting.

What you will do

• Reconcile more than ten bank, card, HubSpot and accounting accounts each month and quarter
• Review, categorize and reconcile transactions in Xero while keeping coding consistent
• Pay aircraft operators, vendors and service providers, including cross-border and foreign currency payments
• Track margins per trip and monitor charter, catering and ground transport costs
• Produce expense, vendor variance and management reports for leadership

• High attention to detail and comfort handling confidential financial data
• Ability to manage domestic and international payments and reconcile many accounts
• Skill in building spreadsheets, dashboards and templates that cut manual work
• Availability for occasional evenings, weekends and holidays on time-sensitive matters
