Intelligence Analyst, West

About the role

Threat intel customers often buy recon data and never fully use it. This role sits between those clients and the wider intelligence team so findings turn into action and renewals hold.

At a glance

What you will do

• Own a set of customer accounts and keep satisfaction high across many relationships at once
• Sort incoming recon findings fast and pass the notable ones to the right customers
• Walk customers through what the intelligence shows and act as their subject expert
• Carry customer feedback and feature requests back to the intelligence and engineering teams
• Travel occasionally, roughly five percent of the time

What they look for

• Working grasp of threat intelligence, all-source analysis or collection work, plus the intelligence lifecycle
• Clear written and spoken English
• Familiarity with threat intel terms, core concepts and analytic practice
• Willingness to pick up new tools and a service-minded approach to helping people
