Intelligence Analyst

About the role

You sit between customers and the wider intelligence team, so findings reach the right people quickly. Work spans several accounts at once, from security analysts up to executives.

What you will do

• Manage the threat intelligence recon module for a set of customers
• Triage and escalate notable findings to the relevant customers
• Walk customers through findings and provide subject matter expertise
• Pass customer feedback and feature requests to intelligence and engineering teams

What they look for

• Knowledge of cyber threat intelligence, all-source analysis or collection, and the intelligence lifecycle
• Clear written and spoken English
• Familiarity with threat intelligence terms, concepts and analysis
• Customer service mindset and comfort learning new tools
