Leading portfolio operations for an enterprise software quality engineering group, covering financial governance, capacity planning, executive reporting and transformation coordination in a matrixed environment.
What you will do
- Run Agile portfolio operations, aligning priorities, investment, demand and capacity with delivery
- Coordinate operating rhythms such as PI Planning, portfolio reviews, ART syncs and governance forums
- Work with release train engineers, product managers, owners and scrum masters to improve predictability and risk handling
- Track cross-team dependencies, risks and escalations, and support OKR and value tracking
- Support annual planning, forecasting, budgeting and financial governance
- Help onboard resources moving into the group and coordinate transformation and innovation programs

- Proven ability to drive strategic initiatives and influence decisions in a complex, highly matrixed organization
- Knowledge of Agile, SAFe and Lean Portfolio Management practices
- Experience using AI tools to improve productivity and operational efficiency
