Vice President, Enterprise Sales, Midwest

About the role

Lead and grow enterprise sales across a Midwest territory, coaching a team that closes large strategic deals and expanding the customer base in the region.

What you will do

• Reach or surpass yearly revenue goals in the assigned territory
• Guide reps to engage real economic buyers and build committed internal champions
• Coach the team on prospecting, developing and closing strategic deals above 500K dollars
• Join reps on visits to major accounts to push large opportunities to signature
• Grow partner ties with resellers and systems integrators to advance deals
• Track weekly pipeline progress and report market trends and forecasts to leadership

What they look for

• A proven sales leader and mentor who can build a region from the ground up
• Familiarity with the MEDDPICC qualification method
• Track record of managing and developing enterprise sales executives
• Ability to set performance indicators and assess rep results
• Skill at forecasting monthly and quarterly outcomes with peers
• Experience presenting results to senior leadership
