About the role

Leads proposal content strategy, development and infrastructure for a healthcare organization. Shapes how response content is built and used so client submissions are stronger and more consistent.

What you will do

• Define proposals function strategy with leadership, owning content architecture and the technology roadmap
• Support high-priority pursuits hands-on with content strategy, narrative development and quality checks
• Design and improve a scalable content system giving sales fast access to accurate response content
• Create enterprise proposal standards, style guides and review processes
• Align proposal messaging with commercial strategy alongside sales, clinical and marketing leaders
• Mentor proposals staff in content strategy, writing craft and library practices

What they look for

• Bachelor's degree
• 10 or more years in proposal management or sales support strategy within healthcare, managed care or health technology
• Proven record of building and scaling proposal content or knowledge management infrastructure
• Expert writing and editorial skills for executive-level proposal narratives
• Deep knowledge of healthcare procurement, RFP structures and payer buying dynamics
• Experience with proposal management platforms and content infrastructure at scale

Nice to have

• MBA or advanced degree

USD 131,243 to 196,865 per year
