Demand Generation Manager, B2B Pipeline

About the role

Own multi-channel demand generation for a B2B client, sitting between marketing and sales to build programmes that create qualified pipeline and revenue.

What you will do

• Build and run multi-channel campaigns across email, content, webinars, paid acquisition and account-based marketing
• Create lead nurture and lifecycle programmes
• Work with sales to define ideal customer profiles, audiences and targeting
• Develop lead scoring and qualification frameworks
• Track and improve conversion from marketing qualified lead to opportunity
• Analyse pipeline contribution, campaign return and funnel performance, and report insights to leadership

What they look for

• Four or more years in B2B marketing or demand generation
• Proven record of generating measurable sales pipeline
• Solid grasp of B2B sales and marketing funnels
• Hands-on experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, Marketo or similar
• Strong analytical and campaign management skills
• Clear written and spoken English
