GTM and Growth Marketing Manager

About the role

The role executes integrated go-to-market strategies for priority solutions and audiences, turning plans into messaging, content, campaigns and events. It spans content, digital activation and strategic projects.

What you will do

• Develop positioning, messaging frameworks and value propositions for target audiences and segments
• Manage a high volume of content, from thought leadership and customer stories to sales and campaign assets
• Help build digital-first approaches across paid, owned, earned, social, email and web channels
• Support messaging, content and follow-up campaigns around industry events, webinars and executive programs
• Research market trends, competitor activity and client needs, and drive process improvements across marketing

What they look for

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications or a related field
• About three to six years of B2B marketing experience
• Background ideally in fintech, martech, SaaS, financial services, payments or banking
• Ability to translate product capabilities into client-focused business outcomes
• Curiosity about emerging marketing technology, AI, personalization, intent data and automation
