Product Client Success Manager, Fraud and Payments

About the role

Own client success for fraud and investigative products, helping insurance carriers adopt tools and reach measurable outcomes. The role focuses on adoption, workflow improvement and demonstrating return on investment.

What you will do

• Develop deep knowledge of the fraud and investigative product suite and the value it delivers to carriers
• Increase usage by spotting workflow gaps and embedding fraud tools into daily claims work
• Work with claims, SIU and fraud leaders to raise detection rates and investigative efficiency
• Show return through better fraud identification, referral quality, lower leakage and efficiency gains
• Support rollout, tuning and growth of fraud use cases across customer organisations
• Analyse usage data and team with product, sales and other success managers on account goals

Pay

USD 78,555.51 to 120,000 per year
