Leads enterprise data foundations covering reference data, master data, metadata and standards. Defines vision, roadmap and adoption so data becomes trusted, consistent and AI-ready.
What you will do
- Own strategy, roadmap, prioritisation and lifecycle for reference data, master data, metadata and standards
- Design products that embed business meaning, semantic definitions, reusable measures, lineage and consumption patterns
- Translate strategy into executable plans with the data enablement organisation and remove operational barriers
- Partner across business, analytics and technology to prioritise high-value capabilities and avoid duplication
- Drive adoption, stakeholder engagement, performance management and continuous enhancement
- Establish product standards, governance routines, intake processes and value measures
What they look for
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- At least ten years in pharma, healthcare, technology, data, analytics or consulting, focused on data products or analytics enablement
- Experience with semantic models, product management and data governance
- Proven product leadership and cross-functional influence
Nice to have
- Master of Science or MBA strongly preferred
