About the role

Build and grow a software services practice by selling custom development, application engineering, integration and modernization work to mid-market and enterprise clients. The role focuses on new business and go-to-market strategy.

What you will do

• Sell custom development, application engineering, modernization, integration and consulting services
• Develop relationships with CIOs, CTOs, engineering and digital leaders
• Prospect into new accounts through outreach, referrals, partnerships and networks
• Identify target industries, accounts and channels, and refine go-to-market strategy
• Lead discovery and commercial talks, shaping scopes, proposals and pricing with technical leaders

What they look for

• Eight or more years selling technology services, consulting, software development or systems integration
• Experience selling to mid-market and enterprise organizations
• Strong new-business development and prospecting skills
• Experience managing complex B2B sales cycles

Nice to have

• Experience creating or executing go-to-market strategy
