Global Clients & Markets Coordinator

About the role

An operational and client development support role within a global clients and markets function, helping sector and account teams advance growth initiatives and client relationships.

What you will do

• Coordinate strategic account activities and client development programmes
• Track opportunities, engagement activity and pipeline progress
• Prepare reports, dashboards, presentations and leadership updates
• Coordinate meetings, working groups and stakeholder communications
• Maintain client and opportunity data in firm systems and support reporting accuracy

What they look for

• At least five years in a law firm supporting client development, business development, key accounts or similar commercial functions
• Strong organisation, project management and coordination skills
• Excellent communication, follow-through and attention to detail
• Commercial awareness and a client-centric mindset
• Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced global setting

Nice to have

• Bachelor's degree
• Experience with CRM, pipeline management and reporting tools

USD 34,000 to 43,000 per year
