Global Clients and Markets Coordinator

About the role

Supports client development and growth work across priority accounts, sectors and markets. The role coordinates opportunities, relationships and cross-team collaboration rather than marketing.

What you will do

• Help carry out growth plans for key clients, sectors and markets
• Track opportunities, client engagement and pipeline progress
• Prepare reports, dashboards, presentations and leadership updates
• Coordinate meetings, working groups and stakeholder communication
• Keep client and opportunity records accurate in internal systems
• Connect internal expertise and resources to client needs

What they look for

• At least five years in a law firm supporting client or business development
• Experience working with partners and senior stakeholders in professional services
• Strong organisation, project management and coordination abilities
• Excellent communication and reliable follow-through
• Commercial awareness and a client-focused mindset
• Ability to juggle competing priorities in a fast-paced global setting

Nice to have

• Bachelor's degree
• Familiarity with CRM, pipeline management and reporting tools

USD 34,000 to 43,000 per year
