Global Clients and Markets Coordinator

About the role

Supports client development and growth work across a firm's priority accounts, sectors and markets. The focus is on relationship support, opportunity tracking and cross-team collaboration rather than marketing.

What you will do

• Help carry out growth plans for key clients, industries and regions
• Coordinate work on strategic accounts and client development programmes
• Monitor business development opportunities and track pipeline progress
• Prepare reports, dashboards and updates for leadership
• Organise meetings and working groups and keep stakeholders informed
• Keep client and opportunity records accurate in firm systems

What they look for

• At least five years in a law firm supporting client or business development
• Experience working with partners and senior stakeholders in professional services
• Strong organisation, project management and coordination ability
• Comfort with CRM, pipeline tracking and reporting tools
• Excellent communication and follow-through
• Commercial awareness and a client-focused outlook

Nice to have

• A bachelor's degree is preferred
