Intelligence Analyst

About the role

Remote with light travel, around a quarter of the time. Analysts act as the link between clients and the intelligence group, so the work mixes threat analysis with customer contact.

What you will do

• Keep customer satisfaction high and take ownership of a set of accounts
• Sort and pass on important findings from the intelligence product to the right customers
• Walk customers through findings and give expert guidance on threat intelligence
• Carry customer feedback and feature requests back to the intelligence and engineering teams

What they look for

• Familiarity with cyber threat intelligence, all-source analysis or intelligence collection, and the intelligence lifecycle
• Clear written and spoken English
• Grasp of threat intelligence terms and core analytic concepts
• Basic picture of dark and deep web activity, including actors, forums and leak sites
• Comfortable learning new tools and solving problems with customers
