What you will do

  • Take helpdesk calls and tickets from internal staff and managed service clients
  • Buy, set up, retire and dispose of PCs, Macs, monitors, docks, phones and mobile devices
  • Create and remove user accounts and access following the identity engineer's standards
  • Run new-hire IT orientations and handle file server backup and restore requests
  • Watch critical systems such as VM hosts, Datto, AWS and N-Able, and patch devices regularly
