What you will do
- Administer user access rights and SaaS subscriptions, including license allocation and governance
- Handle onboarding and offboarding, setting up accounts, provisioning hardware and revoking access
- Keep office workstations, peripherals and networking gear running reliably
- Maintain conferencing and A/V equipment and help run A/V for large company events
- Track IT asset inventory and gather evidence and enforce policies to meet SOC-2 requirements
