Manager, People Services

About the role

The manager designs and runs compliant, scalable people operations and leads employee relations, keeping processes efficient, auditable and legally sound.

What you will do

• Improve people processes across the employee lifecycle, especially pre-boarding and offboarding
• Run the central people services inbox, resolving Tier 2 inquiries and escalating complex cases
• Support annual processes such as open enrollment, performance cycles and compliance training
• Oversee contingent workforce onboarding and offboarding for compliance
• Keep people data accurate and auditable across HR systems and resolve discrepancies
• Maintain the employee handbook and employment policies with regular reviews
